Practical project management
This course teaches the participants the basics of formal project management. The course is deliberately independent of international project management frameworks such as PMI and Prince2, but rather covers the common basis of project management without elaborating on process implementation details specific to any methodology. It introduces tools and techniques that can help any project management to deliver projects within time and budget.
