Seavus Schedule Reader

ScheduleReader™ is designed to deliver the dynamic view of project information among all parties involved in the project. As an alternative to sharing schedule data in PDF format, ScheduleReader™ modernizes and improves the process of managing even the most complex projects.

Seavus Schedule Reader is a solution to allow your team members without a Primavera P6 license to view schedules and to add progress to these schedules. It works by importing a XER or XML file form Primavera P6 and allows the user to view and analyze the schedule in a very easy and user-friendly way.

The Standard version allows for full functionality to analyze the schedule. It allows the user to alter the grouping of activities, to filter data and to use trace logic to analyze the path leading to a certain activity. Resource profiles and changes against the baseline can also be investigated.

The Professional version additionally offers features for KPI analysis and dashboarding. It allows to execute schedule checks (DCMA 14 point assessment) and to create graphical reports. Also, these reports can be exported form the tool and shared with all stakeholders.

The solution is available for Windows only.
